The shortage is not talent; it is access. About 1.7 million graduates enter the Nigerian labour market each year, and 98.6 per cent of young Nigerians in work are in informal employment. A young person with drive but no counsel, no network and no door to knock on can lose years that are never recovered. One room, one mentor and one honest introduction can change the direction of a life, and that is the room your sponsorship builds.

The work does not end that morning. We are committed to engaging 200 young people, onboarding 100 onto a youth employment and placement database we place before employers, and carrying 50 through certification into work. Each young person you sponsor receives a seat at the seminar, a place on that database, certification and job-ready skills, and a mentor who stays in touch.

Every sponsor and mentor is honoured with a plaque. Corporate sponsors may display branding at the event.
